The Final Report was approved for release by WorkSafeBC and is available for viewing or downloading.
February 2011
The Final Report has been completed and submitted to WorkSafeBC. The WorkSafeBC Board will have an opportunity to review the report at their May 2011 meeting after which a PDF of the Final Report will be posted here.
August 2010
The first draft of the Final Report has been sent to WorkSafeBC and stakeholders. We anticipate that by the end of September 2010 the Final Report will be posted on the Results page of this site. Check back here for the announcement that the Final Report is available.

Recruitment of Paramedics for the Pilot testing of the Physiological Testing component of the study is complete. We would like to thank all the paramedics who took the time to be a part of this study and provided us with valuable information regarding the paramedic profession. This study could not have happened without your patience, cooperation and willingness to complete the rigorous sampling schedule. Your efforts have resulted in over a 90% compliance with all study measures. See the Work Stress page for more details on the Physiological component of the study.

Data cleaning is ongoing and preliminary analysis has begun.

Coding and data entry of the sub-survey is complete.
We are entering the last stage of the study as all data is now in queue to be analysed. The initial step is data cleaning. Once this is done the real analysis can begin.
